Philosophy

I was motivated to become a teacher because I felt that when I was student some of my teachers did it the wrong way.  I believe that if a student does not understand the material being taught it is not all was the fault always of the student, but the inability of a teacher to teach and communicate instructions in more than just the way that they learned of the material.  I believe that a teacher cannot teach the material in at least four different ways to cover a variety of learning styles that is not the student who has the problem learning teachers having a problem communicating.
