The School Board helped recognize and congratulate our students that scored the highest on the state assessment last spring for their grade and one of the content areas (grades 3-8 and 11 for math and ELA and grades 5, 8, and 11 for Science). This accomplishment is amazing and we are very proud of these students. (some students were unable to join us last night)

On Friday, October 10, our National Honor Society and their advisor, Tyler Norton, spent the day cleaning up our campus. Thank you, NHS! We encourage all to help keep our campus clean.

Dear Bison Secondary Families,

We are having Parent Conferences for all 6-12 students next week. We will host them in the Tays Auditorium on October 6 & 7 from 4:30-7:30 pm. These conferences are an opportunity for parents to meet teachers, discuss expectations for classes, and understand how they can support their student at home. We hope to see you then!

Congratulations to the Hot Springs FFA Range Judging team who placed 2nd at the regional land and range contest in Wall, SD last week. Individually Jessica W. Placed 2nd, Ray S. placed 6th, Zetta K. placed 8th and Dean N. placed 17th. There were 11 teams competing with 69 total individuals in the range judging event.
